A.Recruitment Service In order to deliver a certain service quality to our partner, this is a service where PT. Alihdaya Indonesia will be the recruiting agent for your company. PT. Alihdaya Indonesia will take cares your issue in recruitment by implementing and conducting the following process:
Profiling, to generate IDEAL PROFILE for an agreed position:
- We will conduct an interview and psychology test called HRPPR.
- We will conduct the competency-based interview to each participant’s profiled.
- Target participants are existing/current employee doing the same job.
- Number of profiled between 10-15 persons from each job category.
Example: Administrator, Marketing, Collection, Waiter, Steward, Cook Helper, etc. Recruitment, to generate IDEAL CANDIDATES that are match with IDEAL PROFILE, by implementing the following step: - Advertising (Newspaper, Internet, SMS and Email blasting)
- Administration selection
- Profiling test
- Competency Based Interview
- English Test
- Reference Check
- Medical Test (Optional)
Recruitment Service Fee:
- Clerical / rank & file level: Rp. 500.000 - 800.000 /head
- Supervisor/Special Skills level: One month payment salary/head
- Manager level : 10 - 15% of annual salary
- Executive level: 10 - 15% of annual salary
Recruitment Fee is 1 time charged only. Recruitment Fee is varies depend on amount of recruited candidates.
