PT. Alihdaya Indonesia is a young – talented enterprise based in Jakarta with a history of successful business in management of human resources, learning and development and business process outsourcing range from banking industry, hospitality, information technology to airlines industry.

Founded on September 1, 2003 by Komang Priambada, now the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company had spread his wings to cover 25 cities out of Jakarta and being the first company holding specific outsourcing license from Manpower Department in every cities we operating. PT. Alihdaya Indonesia had operational offices spread along with the aim of having operational excellent for the benefit of our customers and provide our customers and clients with quality of service they are expecting. The organization composed of high-talented human resources with a very good skills in learning attitude that enable the organization to create an environment where people are required to be creative, innovative and solution oriented at all times.  The first aim of the company is to help people to get the appropriate job in right channel, Alihdaya Indonesia had started to fill in the industry needs for quality workforce by implementing new models of Human Resources Personal Profiling Report (HR-PPR) techniques created by Komang through his expertise in Human Resources Development. This technique combined with Competency Based Interviewing Skills had supported Alihdaya Indonesia to be able to recruit the right profile for the right job and quickly gained the reputation of producing high quality human resources in the field of Collection, Telemarketing, Telesales, Call Center Agent, Direct Sales Agent, Hotel & Restaurant personnel, Security Guard, up to executive level in several other specific positions. The list of clients and customers can be of evidences of the quality that we can deliver.

Our good experience and strong technical expertise combined with our commitment to develop Indonesian human resources allow us considerable freedom to act independently to protect and maintain a good practice of Outsourcing business in the market where outsourcing still perceived unfavorable to employee welfare. Alihdaya Indonesia will choose to cooperate only with companies that are willing to develop Indonesian human resources with appropriate compensation and benefit in accordance to government regulation.

Began with 40 outsourced employees in 2004, now managing over 10.000 employees throughout Indonesia and strive to have 15.000 employees in 2010. Growth strategy of Alihdaya Indonesia is by entering various line of businesses by innovatively creates, acquires and affiliates a lot of product and services to support each other by four Innovation pillars from PEOPLE Innovation, PROCESS Innovation, TECHNOLOGY Innovation to MEDIA Innovation under the umbrella of Alihdaya Group & Affiliates owned mostly by senior management members of Alihdaya Group & Affiliates that had been groomed with Entrepreneurship Platform Training to become future Indonesian Entrepreneurs that will leads this country to win the global business competition and gaining reputation in this region.
