PT. Alihdaya Indonesia was founded in late 2003 by Komang Priambada, who is currently the CEO of the company and retains 96% ownership of the enterprise. The enterprise was founded based on the industry need for outsourcing business and opportunity to implement well-defined human resources tools at lower cost.
Utilizing new models of Human Resources Personal Profiling Report (HR-PPR) techniques created by Komang and an interview techniques using behavioral and competency based, PT. Alihdaya Indonesia has been able to satisfy client's demand for right-profile for the right-job and has quickly gained the reputation of producing high quality human resources in the field of Collection, Telemarketing, Telesales, Call Center operations, Hotels Personnel, and several other position as well as speedy recruitment services. The list can be of evidences, among others: Bank Danamon Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, Citibank, GE Finance, Mandala Airlines, HSBC, Bakrie Telecom (Esia), Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, etc. PT. Alihdaya Indonesia had began with 35 people placed in Bank Danamon Indonesia's Collection Unit and today had placed over 5000 employees for clients aside of over 10.000 recruited personnel hired by our clients. We expect to manage 8000 employees in the near future. |
